Realme Narzo 10 series won’t launch on April 21: Here is why

Realme Narzo 10 series launch in India is getting delayed once again. The former sub-brand of Oppo had first delayed the launch due to nationwide lock down. After the government announced lock down 2.0 starting April 15 and issued temporary relief for e-commerce operations, Realme announced April 21 launch date for Narzo 10. However, the company was in for surprise when Ministry of Home Affairs issued revised guidelines yesterday.

As part of the new guidelines, MHA has banned e-commerce operations completely. They will only be able to deliver essential items and vehicles of e-commerce companies need special permissions to ply in the country. In the light of new development, Realme has once again postponed the launch of Narzo 10 series. Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme Mobiles, said that the launch is being postponed until further notice. “May the power of Narzo be with you,” he added in the tweet.

Realme Narzo 10 launch delayed again

To recall, Realme Narzo 10 series was set to debut via an online event on March 26. However, the government announced a countrywide lockdown on March 24, forcing the company to postponed. Now, that the lockdown has been extended till May 3, Realme Narzo 10 won’t arrive until next month. It seems Realme jumped the gun by announcing the launch date, only to postpone it once again. Considering the situation, the company could have acted with caution and patience and focused on bigger picture instead of just sticking to product launch.

Sheth had previously mentioned that the company has already recorded the launch video. Ideally, Realme should have went ahead with the launch as planned and focused on online marketing push in the coming weeks. With the delay followed by another delay, the Narzo 10 series has got a rough landing in the country. We will know more about Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A next month. For now, it is confirmed that Narzo won’t arrive until May 3 in India.
