The three new Amazon devices – latest Echo Sub, Fire TV Stick 4K with Alexa Voice Remote and Kindle Paperwhite 2018 – will start shipping today in India. Amazon had launched new Fire TV Stick and all-new ‘water & dustproof’ Kindle Paperwhite last month in India at Rs 5,999 and Rs 12,999, respectively. The new Alexa Voice Remote is also available as a standalone device at Rs 1,999.
The new Echo Sub was launched in September at Rs 12,999 alongside Echo Dot and Echo Plus. The Amazon Echo Sub is a wireless subwoofer that can increase the bass to enrich the music listening experience for users on existing on new Echo devices. Users can connect it with compatible Eco devices to even create a 2.1 pairing for stereo sound. Similar to all existing Echo devices, these new devices can also be controlled using Alexa voice commands.
Coming to the new Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2018), the device was available for pre-order on Amazon India since its announcement for India last month. The 8GB Wi-Fi Amazon Kindle Paperwhite model is priced at Rs 12,999, while the 32GB model comes at Rs 17,999. The shipping for 8GB variant will start from November 14, but the 32GB model will ship in the “coming months.”
Consumers can also purchase a cover for the Kindle Paperwhite. The premium leather cover is priced at Rs 2,999 in rustic. Other leather covers in black, merlot, punch red, and indigo purple are priced at Rs 2,399. The water-safe fabric covers in charcoal black, canary yellow, and marine blue are priced at Rs 1,799.

Similar to Kindle, Amazon Fire TV Stick was also up for pre-order since last month and has now gone on sale from November 14. Priced at Rs 5,999, the new Fire TV Stick supports 4K Ultra HD resolution streaming video. In addition to that, it’s compliant with all modern display standards such as HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
Additionally, it comes with new Alexa Voice Remote, which allows you to control media playback, search for your favorite music/TV shows, and do a lot more using Amazon’s virtual assistant. It also comes with built-in Dolby Atmos support.
