Microsoft has just revealed that it is planning to launch the LTE version of its cheapest tablet product, the Microsoft Surface Go on November 20. Microsoft has priced the base model of the tablet with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage at $679 (approximately Rs 45,500). The second model of the device comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage with a price tag of $829 (approximately Rs 59,900). Talking about the availability of the tablet, the device will be available in the United States and Canada from November 20. The device is currently available for pre-order from the Microsoft Store.
The company also revealed availability details for other markets adding that the LTE variant of the Surface Go will go on pre-order starting November 22 in 21 other markets. According to a report by The Verge, the launch announcement of the LTE variant of Surface Go comes just about a week after Microsoft launched a new mid-range variant of the Surface Go in the Microsoft Store. This new version comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage for $499 (approximately Rs 36,050). This new version is an improvement over the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

This information comes right around the time when Microsoft announced that it is resuming the roll-out of Windows 10 October update. The company had initially pulled back the update days after rolling it out last month after users complained that the new update was deleting files from “My Documents” location.
Microsoft promised that it has fixed the bug that was deleting the files. It also stated that it will improve its testing process to ensure that such bugs don’t slip in the final update.
