OnePlus 6T ‘Lucky Star’ offer from Amazon India offers 600 gifts to one buyer

OnePlus’ flagship smartphones are instant best-sellers in the country and the OnePlus 6T, the latest flagship from the company is no exception. With OnePlus 6T, the Chinese smartphone maker has changed its strategy a bit to offer the device via both online as well as offline retail channels. Amazon India, the exclusive online retailer of OnePlus smartphones, has announced the ‘Lucky Star’ offer for OnePlus 6T users that also marks the 4th anniversary of partnership between the two companies.

Customers who buy the OnePlus 6T between November 30 and December 2 will be eligible to win on Amazon India and the ‘Lucky Star’ stands a chance to win an exciting range of gifts across product categories such as appliances, fashion, home decor among others. There is even an option to buy the OnePlus 6T along with a range of finance schemes. In addition to Lucky Star offer, all the OnePlus 6T buyers will get a Rs 1,500 cashback on using Citibank Credit and Debit cards and they can also avail no-cost EMI option for up to six months.

Other offers with the OnePlus 6T include an additional Rs 3,000 off on exchange of any OnePlus device. OnePlus says the ‘Lucky Star’ will be selected by a random draw among all participants who buy the OnePlus 6T during the contest period. The selected participant will then have to answer the qualifying question received on the email address registered with Amazon India. The offer is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu and winner will be declared by December 5, 2018.

OnePlus 6T Specifications and Price

OnePlus 6T is an iterative update to OnePlus 6 and it was launched last month in India. It features the same metal and glass design seen on OnePlus 6 early this year but differs by offering a bigger display with a smaller notch, a larger battery and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

In terms of specifications, there is a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, teardrop notch and taller aspect ratio. Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU, 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage. The imaging duty is handled by dual camera setup comprising of a 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel sensors on the back and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter at the front.

The big new feature on the OnePlus 6T is the in-display fingerprint sensor and OnePlus claims the sensor has a reaction time of 0.34 seconds. It runs Android 9 Pie out of the box and is priced at Rs 37,999 for the 6GB RAM, 128GB storage variant. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 41,999 while the 256GB storage variant retails for Rs 45,999.
