Samsung is reportedly planning to launch the new M-series smartphones in the next few months, which will be replacing the existing mid-range line-ups in On-series. Last week, we came across the Galaxy M2, where key specifications were revealed in a benchmark listing. Two models, SM-M205F and SM-M305F were spotted, and now one more device with model number SM-M105F has been spotted on Geekbench.
While earlier report claimed that the new Samsung smartphones will be called M2 and M3, the latest report states that it these devices will be called M20 and M30. Also, the latest device spotted (via MySmartPrice) is likely to be the lowest model of the Galaxy M-series, called M10.

The Geekbench listing reveals the key specifications which include Exynos 7870 SoC, and 3GB of RAM. This is the same chipset that powers some of the popular Samsung smartphones such as the Galaxy J7 (2017), the Galaxy J7 NXT, and the Galaxy A6 (2018) among others. Running on Android 8.1 Oreo OS, the device has logged a score of 724 in single core test, and 3,637 in multi-core test.
As of now, no other details of the smartphone are available. However, as the launch draws closer, we expect more details to pour in. Besides the Galaxy M-series, which will be replacing the Galaxy J-series and On-series smartphones, Samsung is also reportedly revamping its A-series.
We have already seen devices like the Galaxy A7 (2018) and Galaxy A9 (2018) come with triple and quad rear camera setups, respectively. It remains to be seen how the brand will make improvements to further strengthen its portfolio and compete with other Chinese rivals.
