The Tamil superstar is worshiped by millions in India (especially in the country’s Southern states), and his movies are almost guaranteed to be a hit. The actor’s upcoming film – 2.0 – is set to be released today, and naturally, there’s a lot of buzz around. However, the hype around 2.0 is particularly high because the 3D action film also stars Akshay Kumar, one of the most bankable actors in Bollywood.
If you happen to be a die-hard Rajinikanth or Akshay Kumar (or both) fan, we’ve got good news for you. Online ticket bookings for the movie are now open (having commenced two days back), and you can head over to BookMyShow’s website (or app) to book yourself (and your family) tickets for 2.0. However, in case you decide to do it via Paytm, you can save some cash as well.
Paytm recently announced that customers booking tickets for 2.0 via its platform (either website or app) will be entitled to 50 percent cashback, subject to a maximum of Rs 150. The digital payments company announced the information via the official Twitter account of its entertainment sub-division.

To be entitled for the cashback, customers have to use the code ‘ROBO150’ (sans the quotes) while making the payment. It’s worth mentioning that the offer is available on Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu language releases of the movie.
