PUBG may be coming to PlayStation 4 soon

Sony PlayStation users have been so far not been privileged to have access to one of the most popular multiplayer games in the world, which is PUBG. PlayStation and Nintendo Switch are the only popular gaming platforms that are yet to get PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and if recent leaks are to believed then Sony PlayStation 4 is getting it soon.

PUBG was at the top of the gaming food chain when it released the early access of the game on Xbox One last year in December. And now the Korean Ratings Board, which incidentally is known for very accurate leaks about upcoming games and ports, has said that PS4 is getting the game soon. And in case others need more evidence, we have that as well, in the form of a an apparent PlayStation network database listing.

A user on the Resetera gaming forum has discovered a post from PSNProfiles.com, and he claims to have found two images of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on PSN. The two images are of two types that include user’s library and the splash screen that appears as the loading screen of the game.

PUBG was launched as a console exclusive on Xbox One last year when it launched as Early Access. But now that the game is now officially out on Xbox One it can now be launched on other console platforms, meaning PS4.

Incidentally if PUBG is launched on PlayStation by a developer other than Bluehole, then it will have a different publisher on every single platform it is on. On PC is it from Bluehole and on Xbox One it is Microsoft.
