Realme, the former Oppo sub-brand, has already announced that it will be launching the selfie-centric Realme U1 smartphone on November 28. It will be available exclusively on Amazon India, and we have already seen teaser posters by the e-commerce website touting it to carry ‘the most powerful selfie camera ever’.
Now just ahead of the official launch, a website apkiosmods, has published the alleged full specifications of the Realme U1. We already know that Realme U1 will be the first device by any company to feature MediaTek’s latest Helio P70 chipset.
As per the new leak, the Realme U1 will come in two variants – 3GB RAM+32GB storage, and 4GB RAM+64GB storage. The handset is listed to carry 6.3-inch FHD+ display with 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Amazon has already teased waterdrop notch.
The highlight will be Realme U1’s selfie camera. It is expected to be 25-megapixel SonyIMX576 sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The rear dual-camera setup is said to include 13-megapixel f/2.2, and 2-megapixel f/2.4 lens combination. Lastly, it’ll be backed by a 3,500mAh battery with 5V/2A charging support.

The Realme U1 has already been leaked in the form of renders, and even its CEO Madhav Sheth was spotted using the device in a real-life image. Recently, the retail packaging of the Realme U1 also surfaced online highlighting the new yellow-black color theme identity of the brand’s logo.
The Realme U1 is scheduled to launch on November 28, and Realme has been teasing the camera samples to keep up consumer interest in the upcoming smartphone. The Realme U1 will be officially launched on November 28 at 12.30PM, and the company is expected to sell it via flash sales on Amazon India and it’s online store initially.
