Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch its next generation premium mid-range smartphones, and one of those will be the Galaxy A8s. The smartphone is expected to be the first to boast an Infinity-O Display, and a new leak has revealed the device’s specifications, and launch timeframe.
The Samsung Galaxy A8s will be introduced in December as the first Samsung phone with a screen hole at the top-left corner. This hole will house the selfie camera, and possibly the sensors as well. According to a new leak, the Galaxy A8s will flaunt a 6.4-inch LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution, which will be manufactured by BOE display.
The Galaxy A8s will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor accompanied by 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. There will also be an option to expand the internal memory up to 512GB using a microSD card.
For photography, there could be a triple rear-camera system featuring a 24-megapixel primary sensor, 10-megapixel secondary wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the device is expected to feature a 24-megapixel front sensor, Sammobile reports. All this will be supported by a 3,400mAh battery.

The leaked Samsung Galaxy A8s smartphone measures 159.11×74.88×7.38mm, which will make it shorter and thinner than the flagship Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. The Galaxy A8s is also likely to run Android 9.0 Pie straight out-of-the-box wrapped under Samsung’s new OneUI.
Although the device’s pricing and market availability have not been revealed yet, it is likely to come in a special black gradient color.
