Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, the successor to company’s best-selling Redmi Note 5 Pro, was made official in September. The smartphone was launched first in Thailand and has now reportedly been introduced in Indonesia as well as China. The smartphone was rumored to debut in India early this month, and has been introduced in the Southeast Asian market now.
The official Twitter handle of Xiaomi Indonesia tweeted a series of images announcing the availability of the smartphone in the country. Now, 91mobiles claims that the Redmi Note 6 Pro could arrive in India before November 20. A leaked press invite revealed that Xiaomi is planning to launch a new smartphone in India before November 20.

The leaked invite revealed that the smartphone will be launched at an event in New Delhi and carried a date appearing as ‘1_ November’. The smartphone launching in India is speculated to be the Redmi Note 6 Pro because of the tagline ‘2 is better than 1’.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro: Price in Indonesia
Xiaomi has priced the Redmi Note 6 Pro at IDR 2,899,000 (around Rs 14,300) for the base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage is priced at IDR 3,299,000 (around Rs 16,250). The smartphone has been launched in three colors: Black, Blue and Rose Gold finish.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro: Specifications
The Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2280×1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB storage.
On the camera front, Xiaomi has equipped the Redmi Note 6 Pro with a 12-megapixel rear camera and dual-pixel phase detection autofocus and dual-tone LED flash. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel shooter, which might seem like a downgrade from 20-megapixel seen on Redmi Note 5 Pro.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro runs MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and it supports hybrid SIM slot. It supports face unlock and connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE. Like its predecessor, the Redmi Note 6 Pro is also backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
